How we handle your inquiry.

This notice covers Dealport’s data licensing supplier inquiry and readiness check.

What the form collects

Your name, business contact details, company, role and country; a high-level description of a data asset; approximate volume, format, coverage and refresh cadence; self-reported rights and restrictions; your objective; and permission to respond. A non-personal campaign source label and submission reference may also be recorded.

Do not enter raw datasets, credentials, personal records, customer documents, trade secrets or sensitive details. The form has no upload capability. Descriptions should explain the type of material, not reproduce it.

How we use it

We use the inquiry to assess whether a supplier conversation is appropriate, identify questions about rights and readiness, respond to you, and keep a commercial record in HubSpot. Your permission covers a response to this inquiry; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing.

An inquiry does not grant a data license or authorize us to share your dataset with a buyer. A later buyer-facing profile, sample or introduction requires a separate review and your permission for the proposed disclosure.

Services and access

HubSpot stores inquiry and relationship information. AWS runs the intake and stores execution references and non-personal status information. Vercel hosts the page and routes requests. These services may process technical connection information under their own service terms. Authorized Dealport operators review inquiries. An internal email alert contains a CRM link and status rather than the submitted description.

What stays in your browser

The readiness check runs locally without submitting its answers. The optional downloaded profile is created locally from your inquiry. The form does not save your answers in browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears them.

Retention and requests

We keep commercial inquiry records for follow-up and to document the relationship, and maintain suppression records to honor stop requests. Intake application logs are retained for 14 days and do not intentionally include submitted form content. To request access, correction, deletion or a stop to contact, email rob@dealport.com. We will review the request and applicable retention obligations.

No NDA or commercial commitment

The form does not create a confidentiality agreement, exclusivity, an agency appointment, an offer, or a licensing contract. If your initial description itself requires an NDA, contact us before submitting it.
